Fishing over the weekend was awesome. The fish were some of the best that our group had ever caught. The top fish went around 14 lbs. Damsel nymphs are starting to work real well which is a sign of things to come. Once the blue damsel start showing themselves the sound of huge rainbows breaking the water will start as well. If you want to experience land locked steelhead on a dry fly you might want to book soon.

I don't know how this lake does it, but of all the nine lakes that we manage Grizzly consistantly produces the best fighters and the biggest fish. John Gill's group reported the best day of fishing that they had experienced in years. The top fish was to big to even get in a net, but they estimated it in the high teens. Simply trolling leaches is all that it took. Water clearity is great and tight light resulted from good water temps and great fish activeity.

In the group of four anglers, the top guy landed 18 fish and his best fish was a 34" monster that weighed 19lbs. The group as a whole said the fish they caught averaged 6-8 lbs. Black and Green Leach patterns were the top flies. Water temp is just getting up to good levels so now is the time to book. Antone lakes are opened up for the first time in 9 months. Water temps are starting to climb into the mid-40's. Fishing on Saturday was great, with good acti0on throughout the day. Book your trip now before dates fill up.

Little Willow is heating up and this weekends anglers hammered the hungry Rainbow's. The top fish was a 12 lbs. 30" bruiser. Water temps are 42 degree's and on the rise. Now is the time to get your spring trip book before dates fill up. May 23-June 25 are already blocked out.

Friday was opening day for Grizzly. The action was steady and the fish were reportly very active. Grizzlies lake is literally overflowing with water, so it looks like it will be a good long season ahead. Book your trip now.
